Stacia Yeager’s professional journey began with entrepreneurship. In her 20s, she took a chance on herself, opening a retail business that she built and later sold a decade later. That experience continues to shape how she approaches real estate—understanding both the vision and the risk behind every business decision.
She became a licensed commercial broker in 1994, driven to focus exclusively on commercial real estate where her experience and skill set could serve other small business owners. Her firsthand understanding of their goals and challenges inspired her to make each real estate transaction clear, approachable, and even enjoyable.
Throughout her career, Stacia has worked alongside some of the industry’s most respected professionals and mentors, each helping refine the insight and integrity she brings to her work today. Her experience spans locally owned and managed firms in Indianapolis, where she represented landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers, to a significant chapter with Simon Property Group, leasing lifestyle and community centers as well as new development projects across the Southeast.
In 2012, she returned her focus to Indiana’s local commercial market, joining Encore Sotheby’s International Realty as an independent contractor, collaborating directly with entrepreneurs, developers, and investors.
In 2023, Stacia launched Insite Commercial Real Estate (Insite CRE), a boutique brokerage specializing in retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, and investment properties throughout central Indiana—from Carmel to downtown Indianapolis.
Known for her clarity, straightforward communication, and strategic approach, Stacia is passionate about bringing value to her clients and helping them make confident, informed decisions. At her core, she’s an advocate for people building something meaningful—and takes pride in being the advisor they can rely on throughout that journey.
