Entrepreneurship set the foundation for Stacia Yeager’s career. In her 20s, she founded and later sold a successful retail business, an experience that shaped her instinct for understanding the vision, risk, and discipline behind every commercial decision.
Licensed in 1994, Stacia built her expertise through years with locally owned Indianapolis firms and later with Simon Property Group, where she managed leasing for community and lifestyle centers and contributed to the launch of new developments across the Southeast.
In 2012, she joined Encore Sotheby’s International Realty as the Senior Advisor of the Commercial Division, deepening her relationships with entrepreneurs, developers, and investors. In 2023, she established Insite Commercial Real Estate (Insite CRE), a boutique brokerage focused on retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, and investment properties from Carmel to downtown Indianapolis.
Stacia is recognized for her integrity, strategic clarity, and genuine advocacy for her clients’ success—qualities that make her a trusted advisor to business owners and investors alike.
