With over 20 years of experience in real estate, I am a business owner and team leader specializing in rural land, development property, agricultural assets, and investment real estate across Central Ohio. My work includes representing buyers, sellers, landowners, and investors in residential, land, and income-producing properties.
My expertise centers on farmland valuation, development site positioning, highest-and-best-use analysis, parcel splits, assemblage opportunities, and navigating zoning and municipal considerations. I regularly work with developers, builders, and agricultural operators to evaluate transitional land, infrastructure proximity, and long-term growth potential.
In addition to land transactions, I have experience with multifamily properties, mixed-use potential, and rural investment assets. I understand core financial metrics including NOI, cap rate analysis, GRM, rent roll review, and T12 evaluation, and I approach each property with an investor-minded perspective.
