Bio
Stacy Gim specializes in retail leasing and investment sales of commercial properties throughout New York City. She began her real estate career selling luxury residential condominiums at Citi Habitats over a decade ago. On various deals, she has represented of buyers and sellers, and has acted as both an advisor and broker depen- ding on the deal. Previous to her real estate career, she worked at a hedge fund that managed capital for high net worth families. Currently, she focuses on 1031 exchange transactions and works with investors on both commercial and residential properties. Being bilingual in English and Korean, she works with large Korean corporations and conglomerates as well repsresents other foreign corporations that are looking for opportunities in NYC market. She is a member of REBNY and AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America).
