Stan Matzinger brings a wealth of experience to NAI Horizon. An Associate in the Office properties group, he has also been an investor. Over the past two years Stan has focused on office and medical tenant representation, specializing in the Scottsdale submarket and adjacent submarkets.
Stan joined NAI Horizon in 2016. His past experience was land sales in Miami, Fla., and 17 years in medical sales (disposable supplies for alternative and critical care). As an associate at Clark-Biondi in Miami, Stan was instrumental in selling several parcels of commercial land totaling more than $7 million. As an investor, he acquired and sold several commercial parcels in Florida.
Stan is working on his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is nearing completion. He is active in giving back to the community. In 1991 he flew 22 missions as a pilot for Brothers to the Rescue, searching for refugees fleeing Cuba on makeshift rafts floating in the Straits of Florida and the Bahamas. Away from the office, Stan is an avid hiker.
Stan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami.
