James S. Young (Stan). A native of Dallas, a graduate of Baylor University with a BBA in economics, and a former Navy pilot. After a short stint as a Braniff pilot, Mr. Young began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker ’74 – ’78, served as President of Arenco Development Co. ’79 – ’81 and was a principal in Vitale Young Real Estate ’82 – ’89. In 1989, he founded Medical Real Estate with David Boyles, and Mr. Young currently serves as the company’s president.
