Mr. Brown is a 35 year veteran with a wide range of experience in commercial real estate and a concentration in the retail sector. Stanton has been a stable force in the industry exclusively handling over a dozen retailers and strategizing on their multi-store rollout programs, as well as continuous relocations and market entries throughout the tri-state area. A sampling of the leading national and local retailers includes: AMC Theatres, JoAnn Stores, K & G, Shoe Carnival, Jos. A. Bank, Seven Brew, Dollar General, Snipes (formerly Kicks USA), Five Guys, Pollo Campero and Red Wing Shoes. Some of his specialty clients have included: H&M, Lands’ End, Kate Spade, Express, Tumi and SEE eyewear. He has represented retailers ranging in size from 1,000 SF to 150,000 SF.
