Seven years into commercial real estate advisory in Manhattan, Stefan's transactions range from 1,000 to 20,000 square feet for nonprofits, financial services, AI companies, universities, experiential retail, and creative industries. From negotiating below market deals in Park Avenue Class A buildings to locating raw inspiring lofts for cutting edge companies, he is driven by the challenge to secure unique spaces. Originally from Las Vegas, Stefan received his bachelors from Bostonâ??s Emerson College before arriving to New York. A creative at heart, he is intuitive in understanding his clients' needs and leverages his extensive knowledge of the market to transact on strategic opportunities. In his free time, he has an established art practice combining sculpture and home furnishings, featuring his designs in storefronts and homes throughout SoHo, the West Village, and the Hamptons.
