Stephan focuses on sales and leasing of office/ industrial properties in Virginia and North Carolina. He has more than 6 years experience in Real Estate Sales and Leasing. His clientele includes developers, corporations and others looking to acquire or lease existing space. Prior to joining Advantis, Stephan worked in marketing, specializing in the transportation industry as well as residential real estate. Stephan worked at Norfolk Southern Corporation as a Product Manager, Assistant Product Manager and Business Development Analyst. In his spare time, he has also worked with Long and Foster as a real estate agent focusing on investment properties.
