Bio
In her role as transaction manager, she interfaces with ERES clients, buyers, tenants and other key parties to provide knowledgeable support throughout all stages of a transaction.
Prior to joining ERES, Stephanie was with Stanberry & Associates, a residential and commercial real estate firm based in Austin, TX. While at Stanberry, Stephanie assisted clients and real estate brokers in all facets of the real estate listing process from completing listing agreements, leases and other critical documents, to marketing and integration with various listing software and business development tools. She successfully implemented transaction training programs for brokers and other staff to ensure seamless client interactions and customer support. While in Austin, she also served as the Chief of Staff for the President of the Austin Board of Realtors for several years.
