Stephanie brings 21 years of experience and over 2.5M square feet of workplace solutions to her role at Cresa in San Francisco. As an advisor focusing on corporate portfolio clients, she leverages her extensive resume in design, space planning, complex budgeting, contract negotiation, workplace and RTO strategy to collaboratively guide her clients towards solutions that address challenges and meet both their short and long term business goals. Clients span many industries including professional services, tech, life sciences, education, medical, and non-profits. An innate problem solver, Stephanie has led cross-functional internal and external teams on projects throughout the Bay Area, United States, Canada, Asia and Europe.
Prior to advising occupiers, Stephanie earned her Series 7 license and worked as a junior stockbroker for a boutique investment firm specializing in socially responsible investing as the core strategy for return optimization.
Stephanie resides in Lafayette with her 8 year old son and 7 year old identical twin boys. She enjoys golf, coaching youth boys soccer (2024 LMYA 3rd Grade League Champions!) and live music.
