Stephanie Park joined CBRE in 2002 and specializes in the disposition of institutional investment properties. Since joining the Capital Markets group in 2004, partnering with Michael Caprile, Vice Chairman and Ted Staszak, Senior Vice President, Ms. Park has concluded transactions with an aggregate consideration in excess of $7 billion throughout North America.
Her team's depth of experience throughout all property types across the country has enabled the team to consummate major investment transactions for some of the highest profile institutional owners on both a regional and national level. Ms. Park was recognized by CBRE as the National Rookie of the Year for 2007.
Prior to joining the Investment Properties Group, she worked with a successful industrial properties team, servicing more than 4.5 MSF of product for institutional and developer clients through strategic planning and financial analysis.
