Stephanie Paul is a Senior Managing Director in the Savills Minneapolis office. She is a results-oriented professional focused on leveraging her legal and negotiation skills to strategically manage client portfolios and add value to a corporation’s objectives. Stephanie’s collaborative nature and ability to problem-solve make her an effective real estate advisor and a true tenant advocate.
Prior to joining Savills, Stephanie was a Principal at Cresa Minneapolis and led their Property Tax Appeal service line. Stephanie’s experience also includes her position as a Real Estate Negotiator for Target, managing its Canadian real estate portfolio. She relies on her legal expertise to provide strategic support, research, and resolution while negotiating lease renewals and amendments, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and managing real estate portfolios.
