Stephen graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2022 with a Bachelor of Commerce. During his studies, he interned with two national commercial real estate firms, gaining experience across multiple service lines including tenant representation, landlord agency, investment sales, and project delivery. This broad exposure provided him with a strong foundation in the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions and a client-first approach to advisory.
