Stephen Ansani is a Vice President with the CBRE Retail Services Group in Chicago, Illinois and has more than seven years of diverse real estate experience in leasing, valuation consulting, site selection, negotiation and acquisition. Since joining CBRE in 2018, Mr. Ansani has focused on both Product and Tenant Representation concentrating primarily on urban Chicago and high street retail in Chicago including the Gold Coast and North Michigan Avenue. Prior to joining CBRE, Stephen Ansani spent three years as an Associate Director with the Cushman & Wakefield and four years at Mid-America Real Estate specializing in Urban Product and Tenant Representation. Prior to Mid-America Real Estate Mr. Ansani was a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser with Gibbons & Sidhu, Ltd. In this role Mr. Ansani performed valuation estimates of commercial, industrial, office and additional income producing properties. Throughout his time as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser he completed consultations and valuation estimates for high-profile clients such as: Bank of America, City of Chicago, Parkway Bank & Trust as well as several Private Real Estate Investment Trusts.
