Stephen joins SVN | Southern Commercial Real Estate with 20 years of financial industry experience in Charlotte, NC. Those positions include fixed income sales & trading, retail & online brokerage, and data analytics. Stephen’s experience includes working with senior management, corporate, institutional, and municipal investors with fixed income sales, support, and relationship management. His experience will provide a unique perspective to commercial real estate. Stephen earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology from Presbyterian College as well as an MBA from Winthrop University. Stephen and his wife, Allison, have two children, Brady and Quinn, and reside in Rock Hill. Stephen is active with his church, serving as a Deacon at Westminster Presbyterian. He is also active in other civic and charitable organizations in his local community. He also enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, sports, and traveling.
