Stephen’s goal as an agent is to work closely with his clients, treating them like he would a close friend or family member and always putting their best interests first. Stephen will never make a decision for his clients. Instead, Stephen gives them options by showing them the upside and the downside of each situation. Once they have all the information, they can make an informed decision based on what is important to them. Stephen feels his job is to be able to forecast events in the transaction and adjust the negotiating position so that his clients always come out on top.
Stephen feels honored and blessed to be able to say that he was awarded the 10 Best the Client Satisfaction 2016 Award from the American Institute of Real Estate Professionals. Stephen also knows that his God-given talent is working with people, so he spent his life learning how to achieve each of his client's dreams.
