As Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services, Stephen specializes in landlord and tenant representation. His active clients include Urban Air Adventure Parks – Master Broker, Carvana, GoHealth, Guardian Storage, Tesla, Savers, and Orangetheory Fitness. In addition, Stephen represents numerous owners on a project leasing and sales basis. His active owner clients are Kimco, Midwood Investment Group, Arts + Crafts Holdings, Asgard Group, and Thylan Associates.
Stephen has been a member of the Metro team since 2014 and is based out of our Mount Laurel office. He is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University.
