He has overseen more than $15B in assets nationwide, working across commercial real estate, facilities, and single-family residences.
Stephen’s journey started in his family’s real estate business, where he worked his way up from small cleanup tasks to managing large-scale remodels and complex leasing deals. His leadership is built on integrity, open communication, and leading by example—always doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.
