Bio
Stephen is responsible for new business, partner relations, and real estate development. He has overseen over 4,000,000 square feed of commercial real estate development and over $1 billion in self-storage investments. Prior to Clark, he spent several years working for TVG Partners in New York City, where he helped develop and manage a large self-storage portfolio. After graduating from Wichita State University with bachelors' degrees in business and entrepreneurship, Stephen earned a master's degree in real estate development from Columbia University. He serves on the board of Wichita Children's Home and the Wichita State University Center for Real Estate and is a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council.
