Stephen Elman joined C&W’s East Rutherford, New Jersey office in 1993, and is a member of a 4-person brokerage team, including Stan Danzig, Jules Nissim, Ben Karp, and Cathy Bounczek, specializing in industrial real estate. Mr. Elman has focused his brokerage efforts on corporate assignments throughout New Jersey and has represented institutional landlords such as RREEF, The Rockefeller Group, ProLogis, Morris Companies, and Principal Financial.
