Bio
Stephen is a consultant working with Lewis & Partners whose main focus is advising clients on how to maximise the investment value of their assets. Stephen deals with all sectors within the UK commercial investment & residential market.
Having graduated from Reading University in 2004 with a Bsc Honours Degree in Land Management, Stephen started his career at Lewis and Partners, qualifying as a chartered surveyor and later became a Partner.
With over 20 years experience in the commercial investment market, Stephen has been involved in a variety of opportunistic acquisitions & strategic disposals for a range of clients, including UK funds, public companies, and private investors, whilst at Lewis & Partners. In 2025, he set up a new company, Cavendish Property Advisors.
