Stephen Gordon joined Newmark as a Managing Director in 2010 and currently serves as a Senior Managing Director. A noted tenant representative, Gordon provides strategic advisory and brokerage services to world-class corporations and financial services firms in Manhattan and beyond. His landlord agency practice includes his continued representation of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton for its Plaza District office buildings, as well as projects for Carmel Partners, Equity Residential (EQR) and United Overseas Bank (UOB).
