Stephen Hemphill serves as a Managing Principal and Shareholder for Mohr Partners, Inc. in the Dallas office. His experience with commercial real estate includes transactions worldwide, working with clients in all sectors. Stephen represents clients across verticals including healthcare, office, retail, industrial, and has significant experience representing Corporate Headquarters site selection and relocation assignments. He has added exceptional value to clients during his tenure and is accredited for his ability to quickly assess the client’s needs and offer imaginative solutions.
Stephen is known throughout the real estate industry for his expertise in strategically aligning the terms and conditions of his client’s real estate needs with the overall corporate goals and objectives of the clients he represents. With his team at Mohr Partners, Stephen has completed over 29 million square feet in transactions.
Stephen and his team build critical infrastructure assessments and analyze real estate portfolios as they relate to their compatibility with ongoing client operations.
