Stephen is responsible for arranging debt and equity placement included construction financings, permanent and bridge financings and joint-venture equity placements. Stephen specializes in developing asset-specific business plans for value creation and providing customized lending solutions tailored to the unique needs of his clients.
Stephen has over 10 years of transactional experience working for some of the top investment firms, developers, mortgage brokers and investment sales teams in the greater New York Metro including CBRE and HFF. Most recently, he led all acquisitions activity for First National Realty Partners in the western United States and New England where he originated $300 million in grocery anchored retail acquisitions.
