Stephen Li, studied Architecture and Engineering in Canada, graduated in 1981, married with Amy and has two sons Aaron and Ryan.
After trained/worked at Scott Wilson Kirkpatrick Consulting Engineering Firm / Government of Hong Kong as Civil Engineer in Hong Kong for 6 years, Stephen and Amy moved to Canada in 1987. Since then, Stephen has embarked in Real Estate career. And in 1996, he and his partners founded Landpower Real Estate Ltd.
Mr. Li has vast experience in real estate brokerage business, as well as in marketing and development aspects.
Mr. Li got his builder license in 1997 and has been actively involved in project development, land acquisition, marketing and project management.
