Stephen Luik serves as an Acquisition Manager at Double Diamond Resorts, bringing a strong background in real estate finance, acquisitions, asset management, and investment strategy. Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Luik plays a key role in identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic acquisitions that support Double Diamond’s continued growth across its master-planned resort and residential communities.
Luik holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The Ohio State University. Before joining Double Diamond Resorts, he gained extensive experience through leadership roles at Sealy & Company, Crescent Real Estate, and JLL, where he contributed to major investment, acquisition, and portfolio management initiatives.
Recognized early in his career for his excellence in office transaction markets, Luik was named one of Black’s Guide’s “Top 35 Under 35” in Dallas office transactions in 2007. He is also an active member of several major industry organizations, including TREC Young Guns, NAIOP Developing Leaders, and NTCAR, reflecting his commitment to professional leadership and industry involvement.
