Bio
Stephen Schmier joined Armada Real Estate Services as an Associate in 2018, bringing with him a very diverse background in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Armada, Mr. Schmier spent six years in real estate development, leasing and management while working for the DeMattia Group in Plymouth and Detroit. Mr. Schmier’s experience across the retail, office, and industrial sectors of commercial real estate adds yet another dimension to the brokerage business at Armada.
Mr. Schmier earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University, Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida and Master of Business Administration degree from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He is a member of the Florida State Bar Association, Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
