Stephen Scott is an Assistant Director in Savills Chicago office, where he represents primarily office tenants, helping clients evaluate complex real estate decisions using advanced analytic tools, financial models and lease analysis reports. He works closely with clients to understand their individual needs and develop solutions tailored to their priorities. Analyzing their options in light of data from the commercial real estate and financial markets, Stephen delivers recommendations, strategies and alternative options that create cost savings, optimize operations and align clients’ real estate with their financial objectives.
His roster of clients spans virtually all client types and industries, and includes major professional services companies, financial services firms, technology and media companies, as well as nonprofits and associations.
Prior to joining Savills in 2019, Stephen was Assistant Vice President at CBIZ Gibraltar Real Estate Services for four years.
