Stephen Shanley joined TB CBRE in 2025. Stephen’s passion is helping guide his client’s and their businesses to find the best possible solutions to their space needs. While Office and Industrial are his main focus, he also assists clients navigating the complexities of the medical office space market.
Prior to joining CBRE Stephen worked for TB Advisors. He also worked for Tecovas in a management position helping develop and implement retail sales strategies across multiple storefronts in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Prior to that, he worked at TBarM Racquet Club as the Tournament Operations Director for the RBC Tennis Championship of Dallas. Out of college Stephen worked for Armada Analytics as a Financial Analyst in their multifamily underwriting department. Stephen also interned for CBRE with the Debt and Structured Finance department in the Dallas office.
Stephen was born and raised in Dallas and graduated from the Episcopal School of Dallas before attending the University of Mississippi and graduating with a degree in Real Estate Finance. He was an active member of the Real Estate Club and always knew he wanted to pursue a career in commercial real estate. Stephen is an avid Ole Miss Rebels, Dallas Cowboys, and Dallas Mavericks fan. In his free time Stephen enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family.
