Stephen joined NetCo Investments, Inc. as a partner in 2024 following over a decade as Head of Transactions at InvenTrust Properties Corp. (NYSE: IVT), where Snodgrass led numerous acquisitions and dispositions across dozens of U.S. markets. Stephen's earlier experience includes roles in financial consulting and on the transactions team at First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE: FR), as well as property management responsibilities at the former John Hancock Center in Chicago.
With a background spanning retail, office, industrial, and multifamily assets, Stephen has contributed to corporate growth initiatives and property-level investment strategies. Stephen maintains strong relationships with owners, brokers, developers, and operators nationwide. Stephen's early career in operations provided a foundation for contributions in transactions and asset management. Stephen is actively involved in industry organizations including ICSC and ULI, and serves as Co-Chair of the annual University of Chicago Booth School of Business Real Estate Conference.
