Steve is one of the founding members of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services. He has served as designated broker for the firm and currently serves as its President. He has been a full-time licensed broker in Central Oregon since 1984 and obtained the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute in 1995. Steve is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) which is the predominant retail real estate trade organization in the world. Steve's areas of expertise include investment sales and acquisitions, development land sales and acquisition, and Landlord/Tenant representation.
