Stephen Winter is a Senior Vice President at Related Companies where he oversees the commercial office sales and leasing efforts for some of the world’s most prominent real estate developments; including Hudson Yards — the new 28-acre mixed-use neighborhood on Manhattan’s West Side and the 2.8 million square foot One Columbus Circle. Prior to joining Related, Stephen was with CBRE, the largest commercial real estate services firm in the world where he advised some of New York City’s leading developers, property owners and businesses. He has been recognized by the Real Estate Board of New York as one of the Most Promising Commercial Salespersons and throughout his career, Stephen has directly managed the sale and leasing of more than 10 million square feet of Class A Office space in New York City.
