Stephen brings 7 years of real estate and investment experience in a variety of real estate asset types. Prior to joining Cienda, Stephen was a Vice President at Weitzman focusing on tenant representation and project leasing. He is now managing Cienda’s investment in Pine Mountain Reserve and is part of the development team at Las Campanas in Santa Fe among other responsibilities.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Finance and Real Estate from the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas. Stephen serves on various civic committees and is an active member of NTCAR, TREC, and ULI.
