Throughout my time as a Commercial Advisor at SVN, I
have built national relationships with strong capital equipped buyers that
have trusted me throughout the acquisition and disposition of
multi-million dollar assets. Constantly learning the ever changing markets
so that I can best serve my clients for their Commercial Real Estate
Needs. Advisor at SVN Encompass Commercial focus in Multi Family. An
investor myself, I have a deep understanding of the deals and can aid in
the process beyond just a sale. Known as S2 by many, I began my
entrepreneurial career at the age of 10 as I started my first lawn mowing
business. From there, I continued to network and grow it to a successful
business that I sold as I headed off to college at Kansas State University.
Having grown up around the real estate business and the world of investment opportunities, I joined
SVN Encompass Commercial brokerage in 2022. In my first year, I generated over $10,000,000 in
commercial transactions while finishing collegiate studies at Kansas State University. Focusing on
multi-family assets, I have quickly grown a large database of Buyers including national private equity
groups, REIT’s and institutions. Being a part of the SVN company allows a network unlike any other
that brings results for my clients like no other.
