Prior to starting Four M Development, Steve Althoff served as the Senior Vice President of Leasing for the Sembler Company. The shopping center portfolio he oversaw was a mix of new shopping center developments, owned, and third-party management contracts. The portfolio of properties included more than 8.6 million square feet in sixty locations. Annually, the company leased over 800,000 square feet of new leases and renewed an additional 900,000 square feet of existing contracts. Third-party owners have included GLL, Prudential Real Estate, AEW, Blackrock, Forge Capital Partners and receivership services for SunTrust Bank and Wells Fargo. Relationships with existing and new tenants to the markets are of paramount importance, leading to much of the company's success.
