Steve Alvarez is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of ClearWater Real Estate Investment Services (REIS). Alvarez is an Industrial and investment specialist that brings over 6 years of well-rounded experience. Previously to the partnership Steve Alvarez was at the Las Vegas office of Marcus & Millichap as an Industrial & Office investment specialist. He quickly found success, becoming the Rookie of the Year during his first year with the Firm. Alvarez achieved tremendous success during his tenure at Marcus & Millichap, where he closed $100,000,000 worth of real estate transaction volume. He specializes exclusively in Industrial & Office assets throughout Southern Nevada and was a member of the National Office and Industrial Division. After transitioning to Las Vegas from Southern California over a decade ago, Alvarez has spent most of his early commercial real estate career specializing in leasing Retail, Office, and Industrial Assets.Utilizing his extensive market knowledge and leasing background, he can assist clients in generating and sustaining long-term wealth.
