Steve Bolen joined LaSalle in 2000 to establish the firm’s US healthcare real estate practice. He has overseen the acquisition and asset management of healthcare properties (medical office and life science real estate) valued at over US $3.25 billion made on behalf of the Medical Office Fund series, LaSalle Property Fund, JLLIPT and various custom accounts.
Before joining LaSalle, Steve served as Senior Vice President & Chief Investment Officer of Healthcare Financial Partners REIT where he oversaw investments in medical office buildings, assisted living facilities and nursing homes.
Steve is a Certified Public Accountant. He has also completed extensive coursework in real estate valuation through the Appraisal Institute.
