Steve Catalano has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 2010, beginning his career as a leasing agent with a leading brokerage in Prince George’s County. He later transitioned into acquisition and disposition services for individuals, companies, and investment groups. The Catalano name has been synonymous with Maryland real estate for three generations, representing over 75 years of combined experience in the field.
