Steve Coulam, Vice President of Operations, is responsible for delivery of operational excellence, leading our General Managers, driving performance to meet and exceed budgets and delivery of brand operational metrics.
Prior to joining Aimbridge in 2022, Steve worked as a Cluster General Manager operating a group of IHG branded hotels, and prior to that he worked as a Cluster General Manager for Aimbridge. Steve has worked across all major brands including IHG, Hilton, Accor and Marriott, and has over 20 years of experience in hospitality, since starting his career working with luxury boutique hotels. Steve specialises in brand management and hotel refurbishments and is part of the IHG European Environment and Sustainability Committee.
