Steve Dunn joined Cushman Wakefield in January 2019. He is a personable and results driven executive with over 25 years of experience managing multi-million dollar business units, in high pressure and fast paced environments. He began his career working for a residential home builder/developer after graduating from the University of Southern California in 1989. He has over 20 years of experience in the General Engineering/Heavy Construction Industry and over 7 years of experience in the Steel Pipe Distribution Industry. He has been an active real estate investor and advisor for over 20 years and has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Licensed General Engineering Contractor in California for over 15 years.
Steve is excited to join Cushman & Wakefield’s Central Valley Industrial Team together with Blake Rasmussen, Kevin Dalporto and Tyson Vallenari, as an Industrial Property Specialist. As a past President of a multi-million dollar company, along with a successful career in the construction and real estate industries, Steve’s leadership skills, experience, work ethic and attention to details will be dedicated to further enhance the excellent service and value provided to our clients.
