Licensed in NE & IA Steve co-founded Investors Realty in 1975 with Jerry Heinrichs to serve local commercial real estate clients. Licensed as a broker since 1971, Steve earned his CCIM designation in 1982 and SIOR designation in 1999. He was president of the company from 1991 to 2010, focusing on problem-solving and exemplary client service. Steve's goal has always been for Investors Realty to be the most knowledgeable and respected brokerage in Omaha. With over 45 years of experience, he has set a culture of client-first service, teamwork, attention to detail, and honesty. Inducted into the Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame in 2015, Steve's expertise spans office leasing, land sales, and development coordination, representing many of Omaha's top developers and business owners.
