Steve Farrell – Executive Bio
Steve Farrell is the Chairman and CEO of Classic Properties, a leading real estate brokerage in Northeastern Pennsylvania with six offices and more than 130 agents. Under his leadership, the company has grown into one of the region’s most respected real estate firms. In 2026, Classic Properties closed more than 1,000 real estate transactions totaling over $305 million in closed sales volume.
For more than two decades, Steve has played a central role in building the company while mentoring agents and leaders throughout the organization. He is passionate about leadership, coaching talented professionals, and creating an environment where people can grow and succeed at the highest level.
Steve’s leadership philosophy is rooted in resilience, gratitude, and the belief that growth often emerges from life’s challenges. He believes strongly in the power of personal transformation and in helping others realize their potential—both in business and in life.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys playing electric guitar, golfing, working out daily, and spending time with his two sons. He is also a member of Glenmaura National Golf Club and The Country Club of Scranton.
