Steve Gozini is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of BH Properties, a real estate investment firm he established in 1994. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a modest portfolio into a nationally recognized platform with approximately 118 properties across 16 states.
With over three decades of experience in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, note purchases, and investment strategy, Steve is widely respected for his ability to identify value, close complex transactions swiftly, and reposition underperforming assets into high-yield investments. His strategic vision continues to drive BH Properties’ expansion into emerging markets and new business opportunities, keeping the firm at the forefront of industry trends.
Before founding BH Properties, Steve built a successful international business career focused on Asian and Latin American trade, specializing in imports and exports. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, which informs his analytical approach to investment and operations.
