In March 2017, Steve Hallmark was promoted into the role of Director of Operations for North Carolina. In this role, he leads a team of 35 individuals responsible for the management and operations of Cousins’ North Carolina portfolio of assets, located primarily in Charlotte.
Steve joined Cousins in February 2011 as Property Manager and held several roles of increasing seniority prior to being promoted to Director of Operations. Prior to joining Cousins, Steve served as Property Manager for the Conformity Corporation from 2007 to 2011.
