Steve is an office real estate specialist who initially began his career with Jamison Commercial Real Estate Research Services now Costar Real Estate Information Services. In 1997 Steve moved into commercial real estate brokerage with Peachtree Partners specializing in office tenant representation. Peachtree Partners merged with Trammell Crow Company in June on 1998.
During his tenure at Trammell Crow Steve represented a wide range of office tenants including Bank of America, Union Planters and United Healthcare in their Georgia corporate headquarters relocation to Johns Creek.
Steve started Hanna Property Company in 2003 providing both landlord and tenant representation for commercial real estate brokerage services in Atlanta and Charlotte.
Steve joined Commercial Property Professionals as a Principal in 2008 serving as vice president of the Office Division.
Steve grew up in Staunton, VA. Before attending Episcopal High School in Alexandria, Va. After high school Steve went on to graduate from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance.
Steve is a Life Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club.
