Prior to joining 1045 Real Estate, Steve was the Managing Director of a multi-market valuation practice for CBRE, Inc and Colliers International. Immediately prior to joining the 1045 Team, Steve was responsible for real estate services for Cincinnati Public Schools, where he helped negotiate lease terms for properties, joint ventures, and acquisitions/dispositions of real property. Steve has experience in valuation services, site selection, lease negotiations and disposition services both regionally and nationally. Steve holds a BA from Xavier University and has successfully completed all the requirements for MAI designation.
