Steven Kossoff is the Managing Director of Meridian Development Group (MDG). Meridian Development Group specializes in the acquisition, development and management of functional, high-quality office and warehouse properties in major markets throughout the eastern half of the United State, with a concentration in Florida.
Mr. Kossoff established Meridian Development Group in 2000 and has since owned and managed more than 2.2 million square feet of office and industrial space with an aggregate value of more than $100 million.
With fifteen years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Kossoff was previously director of industrial real estate services with a regional NAI firm in New York, where he provided corporate real estate and property management services to clients, including Sprint PCS, Georgia Pacific, Borden Foods and Airborne Express.
Mr. Kossoff is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Real Estate Management Program and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors (FGCAR).
