Steve Lee is a San Francisco native with over a decade of real estate advisory experience in San Francisco Bay Area and Southern California. He has worked with a diverse range of office tenants, from small tech startups to large multi-market companies leasing anywhere from 2 to 3 million sq. ft. of space. His team identifies clients’ pain points and key priorities, whether it’s cost savings or flexibility, to deliver the right strategy and results. Working at CBRE allows the team access to the many resources and tools the company brings to the table as a global, full-service firm.
Outside of real estate, Steve spends his time building a community of other professionals in various industries. ProVisors is a 30-year-old organization that helps people and businesses solve problems and expand their networks. As a ProVisors group leader, he mentors a group of over 30 professionals, including lawyers, accountants and financial advisors in the Bay Area.
When he’s not working or connecting people, you can find Steve at home in Marin with his wife, Jacqui and son, Nixon
