Steve Lorenzo is a Principal in Lee & Associates'' New York Office. He heads the Westchester / Bronx County division and has over 20 years of experience in brokerage, specializing in tenant and landlord representation in urban markets.
Mr. Lorenzo is also an investment sales and joint venture partnership specialist. He deals with national tenants and landlords, assisting in site selection, leasing and the purchasing of commercial real estate. Mr. Lorenzo has significant experience in identifying successful adaptive reuses for underdeveloped properties in the market. He recently brokered a deal for the redevelopment of the former Pathmark on 207th and 9th Avenue in NYCwhich was joint ventured between Taconic Investment Partners / Gotham and Lee NYC and is being developed into a 630,000 square foot mixed use retail / residential project ground breaking in 2020. He also just brokered the sale of a New York City Parking Garage on 21st Street in NYC that is being converted into a 60,000 square foot Cube Smart Storage.
